When Martyna’s parents think of their daughter, they don’t see a hospital room. They see a little girl with crayons in her hand, who can draw for hours, rushes off to classes at the community center, and laughs at the pool and while horseback riding. Today, ten-year-old Martyna is facing acute myeloid leukemia instead of all that, and since the day of her diagnosis, the hospital ward has become her home. Together with her family, she is asking for support so that she can safely get through her treatment and return to the childhood that was cut short.

And she’s been holding on to them for over a decade, because she’s been battling cancer since 2013. She managed to bring her myeloma into remission, but in 2025, a new, much more dangerous opponent emerged: acute myeloid leukemia, which required a bone marrow transplant. Today, as she goes through another difficult stage of treatment, Małgorzata needs our support.

Krystian is 29 years old, always has his camera at the ready, and has a head full of his own projects—from photographing Poznań to ideas he develops online. In the fall of 2025, his life came to an abrupt halt: worsening night sweats, extreme fatigue, and weight loss turned out to be symptoms of acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Since then, Krystian has undergone intensive treatment, including modern CAR-T therapy, and is still fighting for a full recovery. Today, as he awaits a crucial test, he desperately needs our support.
