Update
Antek has officially completed his scheduled chemotherapy. The disease is currently in remission. However, this does not mean the end of the fight for recovery. There is still a long period of time left for a complete cure, during which our Warrior will undergo regular check-ups to rule out a recurrence of the cancer Although the treatment itself is complete, Antek's parents still need support to cover the cost of travel to clinics, specialist doctors or to purchase necessary medications or to pay for the rehabilitation of Antek, who suffers from a hip problem due to a long period of lying in bed. His muscles also need hard work to be restored to full form. July 19, 2024

In November 2023, he developed a fever.
The parents went with the boy to the doctor, who prescribed Antek an antibiotic. Despite following the recommendations, the 3-year-old's condition deteriorated and eventually landed him in the ED. There, doctors decided to refer Antoś for further, more detailed examinations.
Initial results showed a suspicion of leukemia, so the boy was referred for a bone marrow biopsy. The results of the biopsy confirmed the fears - Antek has acute lymphoblastic leukemia.

Treatment with chemotherapy was started immediately. The 3-year-old Warrior must also take steroids to aid in the recovery process. However, the intensive treatment Antek is currently undergoing has its "price" - a side effect of chemotherapy is problems with walking in our brave 3-year-old.
A long and difficult battle lies ahead for Antek and his parents. Every donation, even the smallest one, will support the treatment of our little Warrior. Let's help him enjoy a happy and carefree child's life!
