Milosz is receiving maintenance chemotherapy and believes that this is the last straight❗. Milosz is not giving up in his fight and believes that, like his friend he met on the ward, Oskar, he will soon be able to strike the "Victory Bell"! The boy has been receiving maintenance chemotherapy since January 2024. This is a very important moment for him, as he could finally return home. Unfortunately, the long-term treatment has also brought many side effects, which our Warrior is now facing. He was diagnosed with ankle joint necrosis and osteoporosis. Due to the aforementioned ailments, the brave teenager has to wear an orthosis and move around in a wheelchair to put as little stress on his joints as possible. Long and demanding rehabilitation is also necessary. Milosz must also appear for regular check-ups at the "Cape of Hope" in Wroclaw, where, among other things, he flushes excess iron out of his body. As of September, our warrior will return to education, but will once again spend the school year in the form of remote individual teaching. Milosz has already come a very long way and has been bravely fighting an uneven battle with acute lymphoblastic leukemia. We can't let his tremendous efforts go to waste! Like the teenager, we believe in the success of the treatment and Milosz's recovery. We encourage you to support his fight! August 26, 2024
Explore the history of
The disease, which he is bravely fighting, started very unexpectedly. At first he only had bruises on his legs and petechiae, other than that nothing was wrong with him. His parents, however, decided to go to a doctor for a consultation.
During the visit, the doctor immediately issued a referral to the hospital. When the test results were ready to be collected, the parents received a phone call to pack up and follow their son to a clinic in Wroclaw for a detailed examination - the boy was already on his way.
There the diagnosis was finally confirmed, and Milosz practically went to live at the "Cape of Hope." What he misses most in the hospital are his siblings and the presence of his entire family. Milosz's parents take turns staying with him in the hospital. Like any teenager, he misses his friends, with whom he played various games and soccer. The boy's favorite soccer player is Cristiano Ronaldo. Milosz has many interests - he loves airplanes and space.
He would very much like to get out of the hospital as soon as possible and return to a normal life, from which he was so suddenly "torn". Let's help Milosz and his family!
